yes, all of our hard work has finally paid off.
1 bedroom, deck, kitchen, bathroom, fireplace.
3rd floor.
huge apartment complex.
wonderful!
after weeks and weeks of horrible apartment hunting {it's honestly, truly awful.}
it's a cute place in Murray, a nice trade off from not salt lake.
thank goodness.
salt lake city is not my cup of tea.
not that i drink tea.
just herbal tea, raspberry or peach to be exact.
speaking of peach, guess who changed her wedding colors?
this girl.
i got antsy & wanted a summer wedding, nick hated the purple, and we went to the bridal fair at thanksgiving point yesterday.
somehow that means that we changed our colors.
needless to say, we got wedding hungry and spent the entire night changing our colors and planning everything while eating chicken sandwiches.
so, peach, orange, yellow, coral, cream.
those are my new colors.
we are ecstatic because the more we find, the more we love.
i even dreamed in wedding last night.
talk about strange.
i love my nick!
today we taught primary and brought cupcakes.
i just learn to love nick every day, he's an amazing teacher.
much, much better than i am.
and he's so good with kids.
who's lucky? i am.
and those cupcakes we made?
absolutely delicious.
cream cheese frosting with fudge cupcakes.
oh, mygsh.
this is my last day with him because we're utilizing the holiday to completely move him into his apartment.
excuse the fact that he has no furniture, and he'll be using a foam pad to sleep on for the next little while.
we. have. an. apartment.
and it's gonna be fantastic!
things are finally starting to look up for us ♥
That's so exciting! i still can't believe you're getting married...
ReplyDeletei pee every time you post.
ReplyDeletenot in a weird sort of way but more of a "i am so excited for you to be wed" kind of way.
you are adorable together. i am usually not a fan of peach but those colors are really gorgeous.
