@the "f" word... what do you even mean? you're silly & half-witted & i don't appreciate you littering my world.

@university of utah... you should let us know whether or not we're in the architecture program for sure or not so we can get this train moving. please?

@caffeine free diet coke... i don't usually drink soda, but when i do, i drink a whole 2 liter in a couple days. with lime.

@anonymous commenters... you guys are sly. the more i learn around online internet "flaming" and the correlation of not claiming your name and your opinions, the more (click here)

@my dear, sweet uterus... please stop. the endless torment of having my period every 2 weeks for 7 months is becoming overwhelming. please don't make me chastise you.. or go back to the gyno.

@mondays... okay, so i take it back. you're not so bad after all. i like FHE and banana splits with my nicholas.

@my hair on my head... this is war. makeover war. @blog.... see previous mention.

@all of you... i like you and i value your opinion. is a trip to New York better than a trip to a California beach?

& caffeine free diet coke is where it's at.
Just one among many other reasons why we need to further our friendship.

  2. Chica! NY completely, especially if you have already been to Cali! I am actually headed out to NY on Friday! It is going to be fabulously fun! I can even teach you a super fantastic way to get cheap, cheap living accommodations while there!!

  3. I don't get the Bachelorette either. Nor do I try. I also don't get mean people or why anyone would comment anything mean toward you. Also, my grandma once taught me that the f word is an acronym. Don't ask me why she taught me that, but she did. It stands for "forbidden use of carnal knowledge." But totally agreed, I hate the f word. It makes me cringe. Aren't there enough words in the English language that we'd be able to express ourselves better than just using that word? Any ways, I love your blog.

    The end.

    1. haha jef! that's funny & awesome. he's a hipster.

ha and YEs it IS a real question! do we want to be lazy bums on a beach for a week or spend a week driving and travelling between philly and new york? decisions...

  5. I think the trip depends on length of time. However, not knowing that, I would vote in favor of New York for the following reasons which you may or may not agree with. 1. California is much closer to Utah, so if you haven't gone there yet you almost certainly will. 2. New York is very cool but less fun during most times of the year besides now and early fall because of weather. 3. I'm going there in a couple of weeks so I'm completely biased. :)

  6. New York vs. California? that is a hard decision!!! i would say California, but New York like in fall or winter (because it's hot and humid there right now I think).

  7. California, California, California! :) Especially in the summer- NY is humid and just gross in the summer.

  10. Amen to your entire @ List. And I totally agree with the rest NY is best in Spring or Fall.

Your completely adorable button drew me in - can't wait to read more.

P.S- I know you have no control over your last name, but it is so cute because in German being "the Hammer" is like saying you're the coolest. So I love the intro!
