oh, happy day! so much good food-- so much! now that's my kind of party.
we played bean bag toss games, the american version of Rummy, and i seriously ate so much i almost threw up. okay not really. but really. i think i had 8 fudge-dipped cherries and more cupcakes than should be ever be allowed.
in true "us" fashion, on the way home we needed gas.. but neither of us had our wallets.
so we parked out at a gas station and waited for my mom to come buy us gas. but while we did, we watched the valley completely full of fireworks- it was the perfect little moment.
on the way home we drove past the Murray park fireworks and watched the Sugarhouse park fireworks from our house. man, aren't we so lucky to live in a place like this?

Okay, that food looks glorious and that puppy looks shamefully like my Sabastian! I love it! You look adorable! I keep saying I want to chop off my hair into a pixie, you are reminding me why!
